About the College: The college has been established in the year 2002 and is temporarily affiliated with the University of Kashmir Vide affiliation No. F(Affiliation-B.Ed)Acad/KU Dated: 27/04/2002 recognised by the J&K Govt. Vide Govt. N.O.C. No. HE/Recog/KWCE/6/93 Dated: 12/11/2001  to impart instructions in the B.Ed. course for girls students only. The college is located at Noor Bagh, Sopore and is 46 KMs away from the Srinagar city. The college has rich collection of books on text, reference and general nature. The college has also made available local as well as national news papers in addition to the magazines and journals in the library.
Subjects offered: The college offers 6 optional subjects namely: Hindi,Punjabi,Mathematics,Bio-Science,Physical Education and English in addition to the core courses.
Library: The college has big library enriched with round about 5000 books relevant to the B.Ed syllabus in both English as well as in Hindi medium, Journals , magazines and newspapers are regular supply to the College Library to facilitate the students.

 The College is equipped with Computer, Science,Technology,Geography,  Herbarium labs. All Labs. are equipped with latest scientific equipments.
