K.C.E.F college of Education, established in the year 2002 run under an autonomous and non-political organization namely Kashmir Creative Education Foundation. The campus is located at Distt. Headquarters Pulwama, just 12 km from Srinagar Jammu National High Way (NH-IA). The campus is spread over 30 Kanals of landscape with infra structural facilities of about 34000 Sq.feet floor area. The infrastructure is not only sufficing the B.Ed programme but shall house other academic programmes like M.Ed. 3 years & 5 Years law Courses, in 2008-09 onwards. The foundation is also affiliated to J&K Board of School Education for imparting Elementary Teachers Training 2 years course at 10+2 Level.
The college has well qualified forward looking, and interactive staff on board. The college has spacious well furnished library with over 8000 books for its B.Ed students. The college subscribes the professional journals and magazines besides keeping available all the leading National and Local dailies. The college has well equipped computer lab and a spacious laboratory.

hostel facilities particularly Mess, Dining Halls, Recreation
Halls, separately for Boys
and Girls in the Campus are available to
accommodate at least 500
boarders. Adequate heating, hot water and round the clock Electricity
facility is available
in the Hostels.

The college also offers four elective subjects like Educational Guidance Counseling, Special Education, Population Education and Computer Education and in this regard the college will in future offer all other subjects to be provided by the University from time to time.
